About our Tests

Sto has built a reputation on product quality and innovation. Therefore it is imperative that the pigments we use within our products are of the highest quality. All of the pigments used within our products undergo thorough internal testing. We have invested in state of the art colour laboratories to artificially test the performance of our tinted products. The labs are able to replicate extremes of environment and subject our test boards to the harshest of conditions. In addition, we have weather stations in varying climates around the globe. Test boards are open to the elements 365 days a year to continually collect data on fade resistance.

The system components of StoRend systems are directly comparable to those of StoTherm. For example, both system ranges can incorporate Stolit and legitimately apply the same test results.

StoRend systems are available in up to 800 fade resistant colours from the StoColor system. The StoColor system has been refined to offer the system designer ultimate confidence in colour specification for architectural needs.

This vast range of colours combines with a choice of four grain sizes and three texture finishes. In addition, we have introduced decorative enhancements such as glass beads and silicium-carbide for further creative options. Our render systems offer the system designer the most comprehensive choice of finishes available to the market.
